A VOG announcer is the offstage voice that guides a live event, introducing speakers, welcoming guests, delivering transitions, making announcements, and helping keep the show moving. Think polished, authoritative, and heard rather than seen.
Do you provide both live and pre-recorded VOG announcements?
Yes. I’m available for live announcing, pre-recorded announcements from my broadcast-quality home studio, or a combination of both.
Can you travel for live announcing and events?
Absolutely. I’m available to travel worldwide for conferences, award shows, galas, corporate events, launches, and other live productions.
What kinds of events do you provide VOG announcing for?
Corporate conferences, award shows, galas, conventions, product launches, summits, live shows, branded experiences, and special events. If your event needs a voice to command the room, I’m interested.
How fast can you turn around a project?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from approved script. Same day rush delivery is available — reach out before booking to confirm your timeline.
Can you work directly with my show caller or production team?
Yes. I can work directly with your show caller, producer, stage manager, or production team to take cues, manage timing, accommodate changes, and help keep your event running smoothly.
Can you handle last-minute script changes or announcements?
Yes. Live events change. For on-site engagements, I can accommodate reasonable script revisions and new announcements as the show evolves. For pre-recorded VOG, turnaround and revision availability can be arranged around your production schedule.
