Stop Performing It.
Vocal Alchemy
by Rebecca Lee
You can hit the pacing. Nail the inflection. Follow every direction on the page. And somehow, the read is still missing… something. Vocal Alchemy finds that something. Rebecca works with voice actors, performers, speakers, and presenters to build the grounding, presence, and connection that make people truly believe what you’re saying.

You Already Know How to Give a Good Read, But...
Maybe you’ve heard it before.
“Good take, but…”
More connection. More natural. Less polished. Make it conversational. Don’t sound like you’re reading.
Those notes can get frustrating fast, especially when you’re already doing everything you were taught to do.
Rebecca’s approach starts somewhere different.
Before worrying about the next inflection or line read, she looks at what’s happening underneath the performance:
body,
breath,
presence,
grounding,
and whether you’re actually connected to the thought you’re trying to communicate.
That’s where Vocal Alchemy begins.

From Saying It to Meaning It
Breath and body before delivery. Rebecca helps you get physically present and settled before you start thinking about pacing, inflection, or how the read should sound.
The work shifts from performing a feeling to actually connecting with the thought underneath the words. That’s where a read starts to feel less manufactured and more real.
The goal isn’t a bigger voice or a more “professional” one. It’s a grounded, specific delivery that feels believable and unmistakably yours.
Your Voice Is Part of Your Livelihood
Vocal Alchemy is for voice actors, performers, speakers, presenters, and anyone else whose work depends on connecting through their voice.
Maybe your technique is already solid, but you keep getting notes about connection. Maybe you sound solid in rehearsal and disconnected when the red light comes on. Maybe you know exactly how you want something to feel, but the harder you try to create that feeling, the further away it gets.
Booth, stage, camera, or boardroom, Rebecca works in the same space: between saying the words and actually meaning them.

As a reminder, Vocal Alchemy is a good fit for people who already have some experience using their voice professionally but are hitting a wall and want to go deeper into connection, presence, and believable performance.
